This is custom-designed by Ess herself in order for you to write your reality. The design is very intentional when it comes to manifesting, and you will not find another one like it.

This journal was made to go hand in hand with the subliminal and give your manifestations somewhere to land.

There is something different about writing things down while your mind is being fed the right energy at the same time. This is the combo that helps you stay locked in, clear, and intentional with what you are calling in. While the subliminal is working on your subconscious, this journal gives you the space to script, reflect, release, and pour into the life you are creating.

It is the perfect place for your affirmations, future self entries, gratitude lists, prayers, manifestation check-ins, bold goals, soft thoughts, and everything sitting on your heart that needs somewhere to go.
