2. How do I access my digital products after purchase?
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a direct download link. You can download your non-custom subliminals and ebooks unlimited times. If you run into any issues, email stopessence22@gmail.com and we’ll assist you promptly.
3. What is your refund policy?
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our digital products, including subliminals, ebooks, and intuitive readings, we do not offer refunds. This is clearly stated in our Terms of Service.
4. Can I get a refund for a custom subliminal?
Custom subliminals are non-refundable. In rare cases where we are unable to deliver your product, a partial credit or refund may be considered. Otherwise, all sales are final once the product has been delivered.
5. How long do I have access to my custom subliminal?
Your custom subliminal is available for download for 90 days from the delivery date. After that, the file is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered or resent. Be sure to download and store your file during that window.
6. Are disputes allowed?
No. Our products are private, classified, and confidential digital services, and disputes are not permitted. This policy is outlined in our Terms of Service and applies to all purchases. We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns directly.
7. What should I do if I have an issue with my order?

No. Esssdabest does not read tarot or practice astrology.
All readings are intuitively channeled through music, which is a unique method that allows messages to come through spiritually without the use of tools like tarot cards or birth charts. This is stated clearly in our Terms of Service and booking form.
