It is checked and agreed upon at Checkout, and will be referred to if there are any issues with your order. 1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Digital Products and Non-Refundable Policy

Please note: Readings are considered a digital product and are classified as a digital service. Therefore, all readings are also non-refundable.

Why Digital Products Are Non-Refundable:

  • Instant Access: Upon purchase, you receive instant access to the digital content, which cannot be returned in the same way as physical products.

  • Intellectual Property: Our digital products are created with significant time and effort. Once delivered, they cannot be “unseen” or “returned.”

  • Unlimited Downloads: For non-custom subliminals, courses and ebooks, we may provide unlimited download links for continued access.

 

 

3. Custom Subliminals

Custom subliminals are a unique service tailored specifically to your needs.

  • Delivery Format: Audio files sent directly to your email.

  • Delivery Timeline: Typically within 10–22 business days.

  • Non-Refundable: Except in rare cases where we cannot deliver the product as agreed.

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for providing an accurate email and responding promptly for successful delivery.

 

 

4. Intuitive Readings

By booking a reading with Esssdabest, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Delivery Format: Readings may be delivered as a typed document or audio recording. If you need a typed version due to a language barrier, you must specify this on your booking form.

  • Delivery Timeline: Readings are typically delivered within 10–16 business days. Multiple or extensive readings may extend delivery by up to one additional business week.

  • Order Volume: Delivery times may change during periods of high order volume.

Refund Guidelines for Readings:

  • Readings are considered digital products and are non-refundable. All sales are final.

  • Partial refunds or credits may be issued only if you fail to submit your booking form, do not respond to emails, or delay the process due to negligence.

  • Full refunds are only applicable if Esssdabest is unable to deliver your reading after a one-business-week grace period has passed.

  • No full refunds will be issued unless offered at the sole discretion of Esssdabest.

By purchasing, you agree to the terms of this digital service.

Esssdabest reserves the right to decline or refuse a service at any given time if we feel it is the best resolution for all parties involved. In that case, a full refund will be issued.

Disclaimer: Readings are channeled intuitively through music and are timeless. Take what resonates and leave what does not.

Esssdabest does not use astrology in any readings. All readings are strictly intuitive, channeled through music, and delivered based on spiritual guidance received in that form. If you are looking for astrology-based services, this is not the space for that.

 

 

5. Divinely Blessed Course and Subscription

By enrolling in the Divinely Blessed course, you agree to the following terms regarding billing, refunds, and access:

  • No refunds will be issued after payment completion or once you have accessed the course content.

  • If you have an issue or need a refund, you must email stopessence22@gmail.com personally to request it.

  • After your free trial is up, you will be billed every month for the amount you signed up, on the same day you signed up, and you have agreed to these terms. In the event of a charge dispute, both the original sign-up contract and this Terms of Service will be referenced as proof of your agreement to the charge.

  • If you have payment issues, after a certain amount of tries your access will expire, and you will have to sign up again.

  • Once your access expires, you will no longer have access to the course or anything associated with Divinely Blessed, including the gifts you were blessed with.

  • We urge you to communicate if you are having financial trouble so we can work together towards a resolution.

 

 

6. Customer Responsibility

We aim for smooth transactions, and your cooperation is vital:

  • Accuracy of Information: Double-check your email, phone number, and other details at checkout or when opting in to communications.

  • Immediate Contact: Email us at stopessence22@gmail.com if you encounter delivery issues.

  • Order Confirmation: You should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. If not, check your spam folder or contact us.

 

 

7. Order Delays and Communication

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur:

  • Communication: We will inform you if there is a delay. Your patience is appreciated.

  • Resolution Time: We are allowed up to one business week to resolve any delays.

  • Fairness: Similar to carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, delays may happen. Refunds are not issued for minor delays.

 

 

8. Response Time and Policy Enforcement

  • Business Hours: Monday–Thursday 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Friday 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM (Central Time, unless stated otherwise).

  • If you respond after hours, please allow up to two business days for a reply.

  • Failure to respond within one business week may result in a partial refund or store credit, at our discretion, if your response is required to complete your order.

  • Continued failure to follow policies may result in being blocked from future purchases.

 

 

9. Email Marketing

By entering your email at checkout, signing up through a form on our website, or otherwise opting in, you agree to receive promotional and marketing emails from Esssdabest, including but not limited to:

  • Product updates and launches
